Terms & Conditions

  • You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.
  • Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. We will (where possible) send you a despatch confirmation by email. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
    We may refuse to accept an order:
    a) where goods are not available;
    b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
    c) if your delivery address is outside UK Mainland and the cost of postage is more than we have initally charged
    d) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
    e) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
  • Once the order has been placed delivery can take approximately 2-3 working days with all orders but in most cases delivery is quicker. This depends on the courier service and the Royal Mail delivery service in your area, stock level and the load on our despatch team.
  • Kitkave aims despatch all orders placed before 3pm on the same day they are placed and we do make an effort where available to send tracking information to customers so they can trace the movement of their order through our couriers system.
  • If you are not in when we try to deliver the postman or courier will leave a calling card. This card should be responded to without delay to ensure you receive your order in good time. If the holding time (generally 4-5 working days) lapses before you collect your delivery or make arrangements for re delivery then your order will be returned to us. We will refund the cost of the goods on return. We will not however refund the cost of delivery as this is a cost we have had to incur.
