Delivery information

Once the order has been placed delivery can take approximately 2-3 working days with all orders but in most cases delivery is quicker. This depends on the courier service, stock level and the load on our despatch team.

Kitkave aims despatch all orders placed before 3pm on the same day they are placed and we do make an effort where available to send tracking information to customers so they can trace the movement of their order through our couriers system.

Winter weather deliveries

Please be aware that whilst the roads are covered with snow and ice delivery of orders may be disrupted or delayed, we will however insure your order reaches you as soon as possible. All orders where delivery is £6.95 or less will be sent via Royal Mail and are subject to their time-scale. All other orders are sent via courier on a next working day service subject to vans being able to travel.
